This is a period building on Curzon Street in Mayfair which is located very close to the cafes, restaurants and shops of Shepherds Market as well as the rest of what Mayfair has to offer. Bond Street, Oxford Street, Leicester Square and other West End attractions are within walking distance. Green Park station is a short walk away and this provides easy access to all other areas of London.

The accommodation consists of one-bedroom apartments which are furnished to a high standard. All apartments are fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV/video, CD/stereo system, as well as a television in the master bedroom. The building also has a video entry phone system and a lift. A complimentary video film service is also available as well as a number of other extras to ensure that our clients enjoy a comfortable stay. Although there is not a sofa bed in the lounge, it is possible to provide a folding bed for short stay guests.

The apartments are serviced twice weekly with a twice weekly linen change, but up to a 5 day service (Mon-Fri) can be arranged.

Rates for 2010 are below, but if you can be flexible on your dates, price reductions are sometimes available but not over the peak Christmas / New Year period or during the Summer - June through to August.

Special pricing may apply from time to time so please always check with us as prices quoted are subject to fluctuation.

All prices are excluding VAT (Value Added Tax) at 15%, rising to 17.5% from January 1st 2010. Such VAT can, generally, be reclaimed where the visit is strictly for business. Telephone is charged extra.. A booking/telephone deposit of £500.00 will be required to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: Administration fee of £70.00 if more than 14 days notice prior to arrival. £250.00 if less than 14 days notice is given prior to arrival date. Full deposit if less than 7 days notice is given.

We advise our clients to take out their own personal Travel Insurance to cover against any loss, damage, theft, etc.. as this will not be covered under any insurances at the premises and Turlington Leisure will not be held responsible.
