Situated in the heart of Mayfair, surrounded by the wonderful attractions that London has to offer. Shaw House was previously the home of world famous author William Somerset Maugham.

The flats were totally refurbished and are lavishly furnished as well as being spacious; they offer quality and comfort whether it is a one bedroom apartment or a large family four bedroom apartment.

All apartments are fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV/video, CD/stereo system, as well as a television in the master bedroom. Flats are serviced 5 days a week (7 days by special arrangement).

This period building has a lift/elevator, resident house manager and manageress and a video entry phone system. A complimentary video film service is also available as well as a number of other extras to ensure that visitors to Shaw House enjoy a comfortable stay.

Rates for 2010 are below, but if you can be flexible on your dates, price reductions are often available - but not over the peak Christmas / New Year period or during peak Summer - June through to August.

Special pricing may apply from time to time so please always check with us as prices quoted are subject to fluctuation.

All prices are excluding VAT (Value Added Tax) at 15%, rising to 17.5% on January 1st 2010. Such VAT can, generally, be reclaimed where the visit is strictly for business. Telephone is charged extra. A booking/telephone deposit of £500.00 will be required to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: Administration fee of £70.00 if more than 14 days notice prior to arrival. £250.00 if less than 14 days notice is given prior to arrival date. Full deposit if less than 7 days notice is given.

We advise our clients to take out their own personal Travel Insurance to cover against any loss, damage, theft, etc.. as this will not be covered under any insurance's at the premises and Turlington Leisure Ltd will not be held responsible.
